2. How long the order will be processed?
Usually orders will be processed within 2-4 business days, some customized orders may take longer as 5-7 business days.
3. Where are you located?
We are located in the middle of China, Zhengzhou city, Henan Province. It is birthplace of Kung Fu, with many famous historical and cultural spots.
4. What will the shipping charges be?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all products in our store. If you need to upgrade shipping, please contact customer service for quote or choose Express Shipment. Usually cost 18 usd/kg for DHL and Fedex.
5. What shipping method you apply? How long will the package be delivered?
Usually we take E-PACKET as our first choice for shipping. We’ll also adopt other shipping services for different countries.

—STANDARD SHIPPING VIA E-PACKET: usually take about 10 – 20 business days via E-packet to United States, Canada, Russia, Israel, Australia, New Zealand and some European countries like Switzerland, Germany.
—STANDARD SHIPPING VIA CHINA POST REGISTERED AIR MAIL: 10-30 business days to countries of Asia, Europe. Some distant countries like Brazil, Chile, South Africa may take as long as 30-60 days
—UPGRADE SHIPPING (DHL, UPS or FedEX): about 5-10 business days
—We may also use Aramex, Dpex or special lines for countries in Middle East, Australia, India for free considering total cost.

—Delivery time may vary increase in times of national holidays, Christmas —Customers will be responsible for the customs cost if there is any.
6. Are you the manufacturer or retailer?
We design and make most of the photo albums in our store and also import beautiful designs from reliable and creative suppliers.
7. What is your payment method?
Currently we only accept Paypal payment on line. (You can pay with debit or credit card via Paypal, creating account is not required. )
We also accept offline payments as West Union, Moneygram, Wire tranfer, etc. Please contact email@example.com to confirm before placing an order.
8. How do I know if my items are available?
If we are temporarily out of stock on a product, you will not be able to add the item to cart. You can check with customer service for item availability or estimated restock date.
9. Do you accept custom or personalized album orders?
Yes, we accept customized orders but depends on different styles and quantity. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm before placing an order.
10. Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we accept wholesales orders. You will get good discount if order in bulk. Please contact us at email@example.com for details.
